My Fitness Journey
Hi, I’m James Gilbert, a 21-year-old student at Florida State University with a passion for fitness that extends far beyond the gym. Over the last four years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the science of building muscle, from strength training to nutrition and recovery, to achieve lasting fitness results. What began as a personal journey evolved into a deep commitment to mastering effective fitness principles like progressive overload and balanced nutrition.
My fitness journey has been filled with trial, error, and valuable lessons. Through hard work, hands-on experience, and extensive research, I’ve transformed my body and gained a deep understanding of what it takes to make real progress.
